Refunds,Payments & Delivery
If you have any problems with a purchase please contact us. We treat our customers as we would like to be treated and we want you to return in the future, therefore we will do our utmost to sort out any problems to your satisfaction.
If your products arrive to you in an unacceptable condition we will happily refund the full purchase and postage amounts on the condition that the products be returned to us within 7 days. Alternatively we will provide an exchange upon return of goods within the 7 day limit.
Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing it, if you decide to do this you must return the item to us at your own expense before a refund will be given (not including postage) (this policy excludes custom made items.
You must inform us before returning items as unauthorised returns can not be accepted.
The Funky Buddha Shop shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Clothing items will be exchanged if the sizing is wrong or refunded if the required size is unavailable (not including postage) but all items must be returned to us in their original condition within 7 days and additional postage costs apply. Please note that Paypal refunds can be slow so the customer has the option of requesting a company cheque as an alternative.
A 50 % refund only will be issued on cancellation of furniture items and if a piece of furniture is damaged in transit a full refund may take 30 days or longer due to the insurance admin process of the courier concerned.
There will be no refund on custom made items once commissioned and the above terms apply for items damaged in transit.
We do accept cheques as an alternative payment option to Paypal but this is subject to a ten working day clearance after which your order will be dispatched. Cheque payments should be made payable to The Funky Buddha Shop.
All orders received before 1pm on weekdays are processed same day so if you wish to cancel or amend your order please advise us as soon as possible as this will not be possible after dispatch and postage will not be refunded in this instance.
Please note delivery is by royal mail or selected courier and may require a signature and it is therefore the customers responsibility to ensure receipt of items. If you miss a delivery you may have to pick items up from your local sorting office/courier's depot. You will be notified by email of your dispatch day. UK delivery is within seven to ten working days although usually much sooner excluding public holidays and weekends.
Please ensure enough time is given for dispatch of christmas orders.

Health & Safety Regarding Aromatherapy & Incense & Scented Items
We want you to feel confidant & happy using our products. All our Aromatherapy products & Incense/Scented Items are made from the finest natural ingredients but if you have a tendency toward allergies, Asthma/respiratory conditions sensitive skin etc, please exercise caution and use commen sense before purchasing & using these products to ensure they do not cause a negative reaction as the company will not be held responsible for any physical reactions which may occur. If in doubt please consult a qualified Aromatherapist or your doctor prior to purchase & use.

Oil Burner Caution
Always place the burner on a heat proof mat. Ensure there is plenty of water in the container above the burner. Use good quality tea light candles. Never leave unattended when lit. If flame becomes dangerous smother with a damp cloth. Keep out of reach of children.

Wooden Items
We use stock photos for our wooden items so wood grain may vary from the item shown. There maybe size/colour/design variations on furniture items as each piece is handmade and therefore unique.
Privacy Policy
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
Any personal information collected from you with regard to your order will be used solely in connection with that order. Please note that a paper or electronic copy of your invoice may be kept for our accounting purposes only.
